Privacy Policy

When you submit the audit or contact form with your consent, your enquiry is transmitted securely and stored privately using Lovable Cloud. Visitors cannot read submitted enquiries. We do not save personal enquiry details in your browser’s local storage. Submission does not book an appointment; calendar connections are not yet enabled.

We collect only what you enter: whether you are a company or an individual, your industry, team size, the process you describe, estimated hours, tools in use, the improvement you want, timeframe, remote or on-site preference, budget range, your name and email, and optionally your phone and website.

Solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare for a fit call or audit, and provide the services you ask for. We do not sell, rent or share enquiry information with third parties for marketing.

The Opportunity Finder and the time and cost calculator run entirely in your browser. Your answers are not sent anywhere and are lost when you leave or reset them. The figures they produce are illustrative estimates, not guarantees.

During an engagement we work with the minimum access needed to do the job, prefer credentials and accounts held in your name, and avoid unnecessary copies of your data. We are deliberate about what information reaches an AI model, and sensitive processes are scoped with tighter access and human approval steps.

Automations often rely on third-party platforms, hosting and AI model providers. Where practical those accounts are held by you and governed by those providers' own terms and privacy policies. We identify them during scoping before anything is connected.

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to respond or to maintain a client relationship, and delete them on request unless we are required to retain them.

This site does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. If analytics are added later, this page will be updated first.
